How long does it take to process my order?
Normally, 24 hours. If you place an order on the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

How can I cancel my order?
Because orders are processed immediately, please call us as soon as possible at 1-800-548-8749 if you need to cancel an order. You may also return any unneeded items.

Does your site require cookies in order to shop?
Yes, the shopping cart is dependant on temporary, not permanent, cookies in order to shop.

How can I track my order?
Currently, we do not provide order tracking online. However, you may contact our customer service staff at 1-800-548-8749 or via email at support@spiritandsong.com. If possible, please provide your order number.

If I am buying for a church account, can I use a purchase order?
Yes, if you have an existing organizational account (church, military, school or other organization) with our sister site OCP Publications, you can use a purchase order to shop online. You will be asked to enter the purchase order number on the payment/billing page during checkout.
