I love this song! We practiced it for mass choir and will be using it this week. I cried the first time we practiced it. It really lifted me up!

I absolutely love this song. Just purchased this CD about a month ago because of another song but quickly am loving just about all the songs. But this song especially is a great reminder of how everything I go through in my life is because God wants me to know him and to love him, and to help me truly appreciate him.

Wow, this is an amazing song. It reminds you of God's presence in our lives and to ALWAYS praise him. Praise God for everything because all of it falls into his plan for us. Even mistakes and sin can be used as a lesson that can bring us closer to God.

This is an awsomely addicting song!! It is stuck in my head ALL the time and it really does express so much that is hard to put into words. It makes you think. I love this song!!

This song is amazing. I am pretty young, and I am just starting to realize that God is all we need in life... we owe everything to Him, and all I do in this life is in hopes of one day going home to God. The moments when life is hard are those when we need Jesus the most. Jesus died for us to free us from our sin... let's make it worth it!

Lyrics

Thank you for the cross,
thank you for your love,
the perfect sacrifice of praise to God above.
Thank you for the gift,
thank you for the price
of losing everything to gain eternal life.
Thank you.

Thank you for your joy,
thank you for the pain
of longing for peace in my suffering.
Thank you for my hunger,
for my poverty,
that I would fall into the arms of mercy.

Every road leads back to you,
every journey lies in you.

So lead me home, my lover, savior.
Lead me home, my master, redeemer.
Lead me home and I will rest in you.

I praise you when I'm broken,
praise you when I'm lost,
that it would keep me honest, in need of you alone.
I praise you for the past,
for the mess of sin,
that I would never want to turn from you again.
