Meet the Authors: Ken Canedo
Ken has been involved in parish youth ministry for almost 30 years. In the 1990s he served as Youth Minister and Pastoral Musician at St. Monica Church in Moraga, California. He now serves as Confirmation Coordinator and Pastoral Musician at Holy Trinity Church in Beaverton, Oregon. He is Managing Editor of the spiritandsong.com website.
Ken is currently composing a new collection of liturgical music. His articles have appeared in Pastoral Music and Today's Liturgy magazines. He is also writing a book on the history of the Folk Mass. Ken feels privileged to serve the young church on the Internet through his blogs, Spirit Spots and Liturgy Podcasts on spiritandsong.com.
